Magnetic stripe readers (also referred to as MSRs) read drivers’ licenses, credit cards and other information encoded in the magnetic strips. The MSRs we sell, have built in decoders that alone send the information(output) encoded in the magnetic stripe and send it to your PC as if you typed it from the keyboard. By default these MSRs decode AAMVA, ISO 7811 and CA DMV. AAMVA is the standard used to encode and decode the magnetic stripes on drivers’ licenses in the USA since the year 2000. ISO 7811 is the standard used to encode credit card information. These magnetic stripe decoders can read information from all the 3 tracks. Common uses include credit card point of sale systems, drivers license verification, fake drivers license detection and other types of ID cards.

Contactless
Contactless encoding is the perfection solution for the growing need for multiple card application. Many organizations require more flexibility and extended card functionalities in a card. "One card fits all" is the strategy. With our encoding selections, It is also possible to fill tracks with constant values or other functions, such as Checksums, which verify whether the card has been tampered with. You can also indicate whether and how you want the database to be updated during the encoding process. For example, the card serial number can be read from the card and entered into the appropriate database column automatically.
